Since 2007, Mat the Plumber (i.e. Mathew Thatcher) has been providing unparalleled service to all of his customers both residential and commercial. He started out as a plumber's apprentice in NJ where he learned the value of quality workmanship and materials. He took that value with him through trade school and as a journeyman plumber over the next 8 years. In 2015, Mat followed his wife to Atlanta where he was responsible for the plumbing infrastructure of Emory University. He experienced plumbing on an industrial scale and earned his GA Journeyman's License and Backflow Prevention Certification. In 2022, Mat earned his GA Master Plumber's License and opened Big Splash Plumbing to apply his extensive skills and knowledge to protect the potable water supply of the Golden Isles.
